Bulk FAQ

Questions from grouped sellers.

Marinas, shops, dealers, storage yards, fleets, and estate cleanouts usually need a different first step than one-motor sellers.

Who should use the bulk seller form?
Use it when you have a grouped lot instead of one straightforward motor: marinas, boatyards, repair shops, dealers, storage yards, fleets, estate cleanouts, and sellers with multiple parts or project motors are all a fit.
How many motors count as bulk?
Two or more motors can use the bulk form, and a single complicated lot may fit too if it includes loose parts, inventory notes, or storage-yard context. If you are not sure, send the group here and we will sort out the next step.
Can a marina or boatyard submit abandoned or unclaimed motors?
Yes, after you confirm you have the right to sell or discuss the motors. Tell us what you know about the situation, where the motors are stored, and whether paperwork or owner history is available.
Do you review dealer trade-ins or repair shop cleanouts?
Yes. Dealer trade-ins, repower take-offs, repair shop cleanouts, cores, and mixed-condition lots can be submitted together with photos or an inventory list.
Can I upload an inventory list instead of one form per motor?
Yes. A spreadsheet, PDF, document, or rough text list is fine. Include brand, horsepower, model or serial information, condition notes, and location when you have it.
How does pickup or freight work for a bulk lot?
Start with the inventory, photos, and location. Pickup, freight, removal, and next steps are handled case-by-case after we understand the lot.
Do you review estate, storage unit, or property cleanout motors?
Yes. Estate groups, storage lots, inherited motors, and property cleanouts are worth submitting when the motors are reasonably complete or identifiable.
